Poems by Aubrey O'Fallon
Why does the river flow
Where does the water go
What makes the sunlight glow
Don’t you, don’t you,
don’t you want to know?
The magic colors in the sky above
call me to unravel its mystery
And in an expression of my love
discover the secrets of its history
The vastness of the valley below
The whispers in the wind that blows
The wonder in how a flower grows
Makes me, makes me,
makes me want to know
The more I learn the more I’m awed
and I cannot get enough
Catching glimpses of the mind of God
who dreamed the whole thing up
